In the iOS 13.2 beta last month, we have seen a redesigned AirPods icon behind the assets. These rumoured AirPods depict noise cancellation ear tips on it and more water resistance. But now, some Apple accessory manufacturers are creating cases for these new AirPods with a wider charging case.
One of these companies producing the rumoured AirPods cases for the next AirPods believed to be named the “AirPods Pro”, is the company ESR. They are supposed to be released next spring of 2020 and has the new images of the widened, AirPods 3rd generation cases.
However, the Apple accessory company pulled the evidence off of the supply chains for the rumoured AirPods. The AirPods with the widened charging case matches the one that was leaked in September with the case renders ESR provided on their website. The AirPods 3rd generation is expected to cost $159 without a wireless charging case and $199 with a wireless charging case. The pricing is the same as the current 2nd generation AirPods.
Thus far, it is overdue for Apple to announce an upcoming October event, but they can announce these new wireless earbuds in next spring’s Apple event on March 2020. Otherwise, if the AirPods 3rd generation is going to be released late 2019, Apple would then publish a press release regarding this new Apple device.
